What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on June 16, 2021 with respect to application TSL-18879-21. The previous order required the Tenant to pay $1,500 by July 15, 2021, which the Tenant did not do.

The ruling

The previous order TSL-18879-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by September 4, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,691.31, plus $40.75 per day starting August 25, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 4, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
