What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 22, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $12,368.04 (less any payments made after November 27, 2020) plus $28.34 per day starting May 12, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the Tenant pays $13,120.00 (less any payments made after November 27, 2020) by May 22, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
