What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective December 6, 2020. The Landlord agrees to waive any amount owed by the Tenant as long as the Tenant vacates the rental unit on or before December 6, 2020. If the Tenant fails to vacate by December 6, 2020, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $15,354.53, plus $42.74 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting December 7, 2020 until the Tenant moves out, and $175.00 for the cost of filing the application.
