What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on July 3, 2020 with respect to application TEL-07423-19.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before August 15, 2020. The Landlords are authorized to offset $38.86 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting May 1, 2020 to the date the Tenants move out of the unit.
