What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord altered the locking system on a door giving entry to the rental unit or residential complex without giving the Tenant replacement keys. The order was issued on December 8, 2020, stating that the Tenant was to recover possession of the unit. The Landlord requested a review of the order, citing that she was not reasonably able to participate in the hearing and that the order contains a serious error.

The Landlord's request for review on the basis of an error in the order is granted, and the order is varied to delete the provisions pertaining to the Tenant's recovery of possession.
