What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord altered the locking system on a door giving entry to the rental unit or residential complex without giving the Tenant replacement keys. The order was issued on December 8, 2020, stating that the Tenant was to recover possession of the unit. The Landlord requested a review of the order, citing that she was not reasonably able to participate in the hearing and that the order contains a serious error.
