What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants agreed to end the tenancy. The Tenants did not vacate the unit because the rental unit they found to move into was not available until November 1, 2020 and the Landlord would not grant them an extension.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before July 31, 2021. If the unit is not vacated on or before July 31, 2021, then starting August 1, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
