What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 18, 2021. The tenant must pay $4,822.68, plus $46.68 per day starting April 8, 2021, to the landlord. If the tenant pays $5,886.00 on or before April 18, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
