The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 22, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $8,070.00 for rent arrears and costs, plus $64.77 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting January 12, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by January 22, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
