The Tenants must pay the Landlord $10,126.00 for rent arrears and application fees, plus $93.70 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting October 1, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the full amount is not paid by October 23, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
