What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The parties mutually agreed to resolve all matters at issue in the application and requested an order on consent.
The ruling
The Landlords' application for eviction of the Tenant is denied on the condition that the Tenant pays $600.00 installments by the end of each month from August 2022 to May 2023, and the remaining $696.50 by June 30, 2023. The Tenant shall also pay the monthly rent in full by the 1st of each corresponding month. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlords may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant, and the balance owing shall become payable with interest.
