What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must move out by November 28, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $10,246.57 in rent arrears and $82.19 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting November 18, 2021 until the date they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 28, 2021, they will owe interest starting November 29, 2021.
