What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant stated that his income as an Uber driver had fallen drastically during the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to rent arrears. The Tenant requested a payment plan to pay the arrears in full.
