What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant or the Tenant's guests wilfully causing undue damage to the rental unit, as well as seriously impairing the safety of others and using the rental unit in a manner inconsistent with residential use.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting December 1, 2021.
