The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 28, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $3,886 in rent arrears and application fees from the previous order, plus $38.14 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting January 1, 2022 until the Tenants vacate. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owed by January 28, 2022, they will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
