What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice, which the Tenants did not void by paying the arrears. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $7,200.00 by April 9, 2023. If not voided, Tenants must move out by April 9, 2023, and pay $4,800.00 plus $78.90 per day from February 28, 2023, until they vacate. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting April 10, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
