What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,072.82 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $35.76 per day starting July 14, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant must also pay the $186 application fee. If the Tenant pays $2,929.57 on or before July 31, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
