The ruling
The tenancy is terminated as of July 1, 2021, the date the Tenants vacated the rental unit. The Tenants shall pay the Landlords $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 24, 2021, they will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
