What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 17, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $489.36 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $4.57 per day in compensation starting July 7, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant must also pay the $186 application fee. If the Tenant pays $793 on or before July 17, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the Tenant can remain in the unit.
