The Landlord is authorized to offset $29.56 per day for the Tenant's use of the unit starting May 19, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the unit is not vacated by May 29, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction after May 30, 2021.
