What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 10, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $150 in rent arrears and $52.60 per day in compensation starting August 1, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by September 10, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
