The Landlord illegally locked out the Tenants on August 5, 2020 by changing the locks and not providing replacement keys. The Tenants are entitled to the return of the balance of August 2020 rent they prepaid, as well as $2,500 in damages for pain and suffering caused by the illegal lockout.
