The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 31, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,688.64 plus $42.41 per day starting January 21, 2022 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 31, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest starting February 1, 2022.
