The Tenant must pay the Landlord $19,200.86 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $56.28 per day starting January 7, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant pays $20,732.20 on or before January 17, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the Tenant can remain in the unit.
