What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The Landlord's application is dismissed. The Adjudicator found the Landlord's testimony to be untruthful and lacking credibility, and therefore could not rely on her evidence to find that she required possession in good faith for the purpose of residential occupation.
