The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 10, 2020. The tenant must move out by August 21, 2020 and pay the landlord $175.00 for the previous application fee. The tenant will also owe $31.12 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting August 11, 2020 until the move-out date. If the full amount is not paid by August 21, 2020, the tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
