What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on May 14, 2019 with respect to application TSL-01592-18. The Tenant failed to pay April 2020's monthly rent on or before April 1, 2020.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 15, 2020. If the unit is not vacated on or before August 15, 2020, then starting August 16, 2020, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
