What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to pay May 2020 rent as required by a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by August 16, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
