The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by January 28, 2022. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $30.20 per day for use of the unit from January 18, 2022 until the date they move out. If the unit is not vacated by January 28, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
