The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless Tenants void the order by paying $4,185.22 by February 18, 2022. Tenants must pay $2,597.63 for rent arrears and compensation, plus $26.60 per day from February 8, 2022, until they move out. If not paid, Landlord may file for eviction enforcement from February 19, 2022.
