The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 2, 2021. Tenants must pay Landlord $9,013.51 (less any amount paid after December 29, 2020) and $34.46 per day for use of the unit from January 23, 2021 until move-out. If full amount not paid by February 2, 2021, Tenants will owe 2% annual interest on outstanding balance.
