The ruling
The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $359.00 which represents the amount of rent arrears owing and costs up to February 28, 2021. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by March 31, 2021, they will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
