What happened

The ruling
The Tenant shall not permit her occupant, Robbie, to attend the rental unit or the residential complex. The Tenant shall ensure that neither she, nor any of her guests or occupants, smoke near the Landlord's garbage or recycle bins. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application.
