What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to undue damage to the premises and persistent late payment of rent. The parties agreed on terms to resolve the dispute.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 31, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant must pay rent on the 21st of each month from September 2021 to February 2022, and $698.90 for undue damage in installments.
