What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on October 25, 2021 with respect to application CEL-00724-21. The Tenant was required to bring the exterior of the rental unit into a state of ordinary cleanliness and maintain it for 12 months, but failed to do so.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before December 21, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
