What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to an illegal act committed by Tenant Necki Yugene Jenkins, who broke through the wall separating the rental units, and for seriously impairing the safety of the neighbouring tenant, Elizabeth Fountain, and her family.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 25, 2021, and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by May 26, 2021. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 14, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting June 15, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by May 26, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction, and the Sheriff is directed to expedite the enforcement.
