What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as specified in a previous LTB order.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 2, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $583.10 (less any amounts paid after the declaration was made) and $17.26 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting March 23, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 2, 2023, they will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
