What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 7, 2023. The Tenant must pay $2,860.27 for use and occupation from September 1, 2022, to February 21, 2023, and $16.44 per day from February 22, 2023, until move-out. If the Tenant does not vacate by April 7, 2023, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting April 8, 2023.
