What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants as the Landlord, on behalf of the purchasers, in good faith requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective September 30, 2021, but the Tenants are granted an extension to vacate the unit by March 31, 2022 to provide them more time to secure alternative housing.
