What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent and undue damage to the premises.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 19, 2021. If the Tenants do not vacate the rental unit by that date, they shall pay the Landlord $105.21 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting September 20, 2021 until the Landlord receives vacant possession. The Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction if the unit is not vacated by September 19, 2021.
