What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's wilful or negligent damage to the rental unit, substantial interference with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment, and committing an illegal act.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 5, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date and pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the amount owed by December 5, 2021, they will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
