What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent and persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant was not present at the hearing.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,330.91, which includes rent arrears, daily compensation, and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenant does not vacate by July 31, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
