The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,250.00 in rent arrears and $186.00 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 14, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance starting December 15, 2021.
