What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The previous order HOL-09414-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by September 4, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,263.07, plus $34.52 per day from August 25, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 4, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
