The ruling

The parties reached a settlement agreement. The Tenants agreed to pay the $700 rent arrears in 7 equal installments of $100 per month, and to pay the monthly rent on time for the next 12 months. The Landlord agreed to waive the $186 application fee. If the Tenants fail to make the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an eviction order.
