What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to pay for the Tenant's portion of the cost of utilities, which the Landlord claims has substantially interfered with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective December 10, 2021. The Tenant must move out by that date. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 10, 2021, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
