What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their excessive storage of containers in the shared garage, which substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment and lawful rights of another tenant.

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to declutter and reorganize the storage containers in the shared garage by November 15, 2021. If they fail to do so, the tenancy will terminate on November 30, 2021, and the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $57.53 per day for use of the unit from December 1, 2021 until they move out, as well as the $201 application fee.
