The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $4,800.00, which represents the rent owing to January 31, 2021. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before February 15, 2021, the Tenants will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
