The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 29, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,993.87 plus $25.51 per day for each day of occupation starting May 19, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 29, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting May 30, 2021. The Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction after May 30, 2021.
