What happened

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,571.37, which represents the amount of rent owing up to October 26, 2017, the application fee less the abatement. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before December 31, 2017, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
