What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The previous order CEL-96147-20 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by July 16, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $4,445.01 plus $59.18 per day starting July 6, 2021 until they vacate. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by July 16, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
